Greatly enjoyed Amsterdam, the hotel was magnificent right next to the central palace. Rooms with sound proof windows had an exclusive atmosphere. - the location was marvelous, just a pleasant stroll away from a white travertine monument. - Our stay was fantastic, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel's location was perfect, near the taxi waiting on the other side of the square, the main train station and the center of Dam Square. We were offered a brand-new room with sound proof windows.

Excellent service, from recommendations to car rental. They even arranged bikes for us. Best cocktails ever at the bar. Impressive views from the One Bedroom Suite. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with double shower, steam room, and Jacuzzi. Polite, knowledgeable staff and prompt room service.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The suites were fantastic, very spacious and had great amenities. The location was ideal and allowed us to easily access malls and sightseeing locations. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, and we loved being able to order food and drinks straight to our room. The mini bar was well-stocked and the bed was very comfortable with luxurious linens.

There was a policy regarding security for damages that was a bit confusing and inconvenient, although it eventually worked out. we wish we had more time to enjoy all of the amenities and excursions offered.
